How to make delicious energy balls!

The Healing Circle is about more than giving treatments - we also create the space for conversation and connection. We speak with clients before each treatment so that we can ensure the treatment meets their needs. Harite hosts the cafe area and is there for a chat if people want to talk while drinking a herbal tea. My daughter Jazhara might also read the cards your angel cards with you!

Another element to the evening are the refreshments we offer - this might be grapes, biscuits orenergy balls. As a massage therapist, I put high value on nurturing from the inside, as well as from the outside. I spend quite a lot of time researching new, tasty and practical ways to eat well. As we all know, what we eat has a powerful effect on our health and well-being.

But big city life and modern day living does not always allow us the time to prepare a healthy home-cooked meal. We end up spending our money on snack foods, take-outs and ready meals that are usually loaded with unhealthy sugars, salts, fats and have very low nutritional value - not to mention the unnecessary plastic packaging.

For our last event, I made these delicious vegan energy balls with my daughter and they went down a treat!

They are sugar free and made from whole and raw ingredients, which makes them super healthy! They are so simple to make (10-15 minutes) and do not involve any cooking. I like to make a batch and eat them over the week as a healthy alternative to snacking.

I hope you enjoy making them!
